What makes Laguna Beach so special for you and your family?
Laguna Beach is more than a beautiful place to live - it's a community of friends and neighbors who love our city and look out for each other. We have been on the receiving end of this generosity many times and are blessed to have made deep friendships in Laguna. We love the small town charm of our local eateries, shops, and beautiful beaches, and seeing familiar faces when driving through town. It is a special place to raise a family and we love having roots here.

Why LBFC for your family?
The coaches! We love the high level of competition, the rigorous practices, and representing Laguna Beach. But, the coaches are what set this club apart. LBFC coaches do more than just develop skilled players. They require players are respectful, committed, confident, and resilient. The culture this creates encourages teammates of high character. We love that LBFC encourages growth both on and off the field.
What stands out the most about club’s environment?
We’ve seen a lot of club play and it’s not all positive. Too often clubs forget their mission and the focus shifts from developing athletes to, well something else entirely. LBFC coaches, players, and families genuinely care about one another and create a positive, supportive environment.
Coach Collin has had a tremendous impact on our team’s development from a scrappy group of kids to a competitive force going undefeated this season.
Coach Max’s commitment to the clubs’ growth and success is exciting. He brings elite level football knowledge and an understanding of the game that ensures LBFC provides a strong experience for players and families at every level.
What impact has LBFC had on your child’s development?
LBFC has had a huge impact on our daughter’s development. She joined as a walk-on player, still learning the game. Coach Collin saw potential and encouraged her to work hard and earn play time. Through the support of her coaches and teammates, she has grown tremendously in skill and confidence.
She has made lifelong friendships and is a valuable contributor to the team and takes pride in helping her teammates succeed!
